The role involves regular site visits, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Visit customers, sites, architects, contractors, and dealers to promote Homegenie products. Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and application methods to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare and submit quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations. Ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry stage to order completion. Coordinate with telecalling, production, logistics, and installation teams for smooth execution. Regularly update lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline to the reporting manager. Conduct site inspections when required and support technical discussions. Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper documentation of visits, orders, and customer data. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
