Company Overview:

Location: Field, Any where in Andhra Pradesh.(Coastal Districts)

Job Title: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer

Reports to : Area Sales Manager / Manager Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by meeting distributors, dealers, and farmers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
Ensure budgeted sales volumes and revenues as per company credit policies.
Conduct regular field visits for product promotion and market penetration.
Appoint and manage new distributors/sub-distributors, including KYC collection.
Take sales orders, coordinate timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
Develop new markets and increase secondary sales through dealers and sub-dealers.
Monitor focus products and track farm activities to drive business growth.
Coordinate collections within credit limits.

Desired Profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aquaculture, or Marine Studies , B F.sc
27 years of B2B & B2C sales experience in Aquaculture products.
Knowledge of Probiotics, Health care items, Minerals etc,.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
