Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Product Trainer with expertise in aquaculture to train, support, and empower our sales and field teams. This role bridges product knowledge and sales execution, ensuring effective promotion and adoption of our aquaculture products and solutions among farmers, dealers, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs on aquaculture products, services, and best practices for internal sales teams and external stakeholders. Conduct product demonstrations , farmer meetings, and field visits to promote product usage and technical understanding. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop training content, manuals, videos, and field guides. Regularly assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and field observations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends , competitor offerings, and regional challenges in aquaculture. Support sales team with pre-sales technical expertise and post-sales support for customer satisfaction. Organize train-the-trainer sessions and build the capability of field staff and dealer networks. Maintain detailed reports on training sessions, impact, and knowledge gaps. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Life Sciences, or related field . 4+ years of experience in aquaculture product training, field extension, or technical sales . Strong understanding of aquaculture practices , feed, water quality management, and disease prevention. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in local/regional languages. Ability to travel extensively and conduct on-ground sessions with farmers and field teams. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a B2B or agri-tech company. Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, LMS, WhatsApp-based support, etc.). Regional language(Telugu) fluency for effective farmer engagement. Passion for farmer empowerment and sustainable aquaculture .

Ensure budgeted sales volumes and revenues as per company credit policies. Conduct regular field visits for product promotion and market penetration. Appoint and manage new distributors/sub-distributors, including KYC collection. Take sales orders, coordinate timely delivery, and follow up on payments. Develop new markets and increase secondary sales through dealers and sub-dealers. Monitor focus products and track farm activities to drive business growth. Coordinate collections within credit limits. Desired Profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aquaculture, or Marine Studies , B F.sc 27 years of B2B & B2C sales experience in Aquaculture products. Knowledge of Probiotics, Health care items, Minerals etc,. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven and self-motivated.
