Job Description

Sales Officers

Role & responsibilities

Appoint and manage
dealers & sub-dealers
Conduct daily visits to
hardware, cement, and TMT dealers
Engage
contractors, builders, masons, and site engineers
Achieve
monthly truck-wise sales targets
Generate
project orders
and repeat dealer sales
Collect
market intelligence and competitor pricing
Ensure
collections and credit discipline
Submit
Daily Beat Plan
and
EOD sales reports

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 6 years
of field sales experience in building materials
Preferred backgrounds:
TMT steel, paints, construction chemicals, AAC/Hollow blocks, cement, aggregates, pavers or Any Buidling Materials
Graduate in any discipline

Mandatory

Two-wheeler
Dealer & contractor handling experience
Willingness to work extensively in Hyderabad markets
