Job Summary: Neuron India is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Odisha. The Sales Officer will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution:
• Implement and execute approved sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Neuron India's beauty and waxing products.
• Achieve individual sales quotas and contribute to team sales goals.
• Make cold calls to potential customers (e.g., salons, beauty parlors, retailers) to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present product features and benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Market Development:
• Research current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
• Reporting and Administration:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to higher management.
• Manage and organize sales documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to support promotional activities and campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• (Potentially) Assist in recruiting and training new sales team members as the role develops or for senior positions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Typically requires 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales is advantageous.
• A track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
• Skills:
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain customer relationships.
• Customer Focus: Highly motivated, sales-driven, and customer-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Good time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
• Driving License: A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are often required for field sales roles.
