We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The role involves sourcing customers, explaining loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Source and generate leads for LAP and Home Loan products through field sales, referrals, and local market activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process clearly to customers
Assist customers in completing loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
Conduct field visits and participate in marketing and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to do field sales
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is an added advantage
