Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors to expand market presence.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the management.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
1 years of proven sales experience in the
paint industry
(mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
