Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the R&D initiatives for wood coatings (solvent-based, water-based, PU, NC, melamine, etc.).
Oversee the development of new products and improve existing formulations to meet customer and market requirements.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth scale-up from lab to plant, maintaining product quality and consistency.
Lead a team of chemists and technicians, providing technical guidance and project direction.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality norms, environmental and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues from production or customer feedback.
Interface with sales and marketing for technical support, new product trials, and product presentations to clients.
Stay updated with global trends, raw materials, technologies, and competitor activities in the wood coating space.
