About The Opportunity

A leading firm in the financial services sector, specializing in home loan products and mortgage financing solutions across India. We partner with banks and NBFCs to deliver tailored loan packages, guiding customers through every step—from initial enquiry to disbursal. Join a dynamic sales force that drives mortgage originations and builds lasting client relationships through customer-centric advisory and streamlined processes.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle home loan sales: prospecting, pitching, application submission, and loan disbursal coordination.
  • Manage and nurture leads from digital platforms, referral partners, onsite events, and walk-ins to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct credit appraisal, document collection, and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with banking partners, real estate agents, and channel partners to expand distribution networks and maximize reach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advisory on loan structures, interest rates, repayment schedules, and ancillary services to prospective homeowners.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of direct experience in home loan or mortgage sales within banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Proven expertise in credit appraisal, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred

  • Existing network of real estate agents, builders, and referral partners to drive lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital lead-generation tools, and sales analytics dashboards.
