• Identify sellers through field visits, farmer networks, brokers, and online platforms.
• Inspect used tractors at farms or workshops.
• Verify ownership documents (RC, insurance, tax, service history).

2. Technical Inspection & Valuation

• Evaluate engine condition, transmission, hydraulics, PTO, tyres, electricals, and chassis.
• Check tractor age, hours used, maintenance history, and repair needs.
• Estimate fair market value based on condition and current market rates.

3. Sales & Customer Handling

• Showcase available used tractors to potential buyers.
• Explain tractor condition, features, repairs required, and price details transparently.
• Conduct test drives and coordinate demonstrations.
• Negotiate prices and close sales while meeting monthly targets.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Verify legal documents (RC transfer, insurance, finance clearance).
• Coordinate with RTO for ownership transfer.
• Maintain records of purchases, sales, and valuations.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Track market prices, seasonal demand, and popular tractor models.
• Monitor competitor dealerships and online listings.

6. After-Sales Coordination

• Support customers with service requirements or repairs (if included in sale).
• Ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
