Open Positions ·        Chief Manager – Marketing & Sales ·        Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) Key Responsibilities ·        Drive market penetration and sales growth across retail, gourmet stores, large format outlets, niche food boutiques, and e-commerce. ·        Identify and develop bulk sales opportunities in events, weddings, and corporate gifting. ·        Build and nurture strong distributor and retail networks. ·        Plan and execute high-impact promotional and sampling campaigns. ·        Ensure optimum product visibility, merchandising, and availability. ·        Support day-to-day refill operations and market servicing. ·        Willing to travel between Mumbai,Pune, and Nashik, coordinating closely with the Marketing Head and Nashik manufacturing hub. ·        Familiarity with Western Region beverage market is a must. Candidate Profile ·        Experience: Minimum 5 years in direct sales & distribution of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or premium food products. ·        Strong network within retail, trade, and event channels. ·        Demonstrated success in launching or scaling new products. ·        Hands-on knowledge of marketing activations and trade promotions. ·        Flexible to travel and operate in a dynamic, high-growth environment. ·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills. Location: Candidates should be based in Mumbai/Pune/Nashik with regular travel across the region.
