Job Description

Sales & Distribution Manager – FMCG (Hing & Papad) Be a part of a fast-growing FMCG brand in the Hing & Papad segment and drive our nationwide sales & distribution network! We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Distribution Manager who can expand our presence in Hing (Asafoetida) & Papad products, build a strong distributor network, and lead our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth of Hing & Papad by appointing and managing distributors, super-stockists, and retailers. Build and lead a sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Expand distribution for Hing (10g, 25g, 50g, 100g packs) and Papad SKUs across retail & wholesale channels. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and territory development. Maintain strong distributor & retailer relations to ensure consistent supply and growth. Execute trade promotions, sampling, and marketing campaigns for Hing & Papad. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management. Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG / Food Products (Spices, Papad, Snacks, or Hing). Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail market dynamics, and FMCG sales. Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills.
