Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to lead our retail product sales efforts, targeting corporate clients in Pune. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating & managing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving growth for our plant rental solutions. This is a full-time, office/site-based role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for plant rental services, tailored to corporate office needs. Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, manage CRM, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our plant rental solutions, demonstrating their value for corporate environments. Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets for corporate sales. Collaborate with internal technical team to ensure timely delivery and set up of plant rentals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Ideal Candidate: Female candidate with 2-3 years of experience in retail corporate sales , ideally in a B2B setting. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a corporate sales environment. Prior experience in selling plant rental solutions or related services to corporate clients is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sustainability and green solutions. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Why Join Us?
