📋 About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Hospital / Healthcare Field Marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon healthcare market and be proactive in visiting clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and other healthcare stakeholders to promote our hospital services.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Visit doctors, clinics, and corporate offices in Gurgaon to promote hospital services

🔹 Build & maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals & partners

🔹 Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities

🔹 Organize and coordinate hospital promotional events, health check-up camps, and other marketing activities

🔹 Conduct regular field visits, meet clients in person, and represent the hospital in the market

🔹 Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights

🔹 Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and reports for management

🎯 Candidate Profile:

✔ 3–4 years of experience in Hospital / Healthcare Field Marketing

✔ Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon market and healthcare ecosystem

✔ Own vehicle is mandatory (for field visits) 🚗

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Comfortable visiting clients and handling fieldwork

✔ Results-oriented, proactive, and well-organized

💼 Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
