Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at our Gurgaon location. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing patient appointments, answering phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth operation of the medical office. Daily tasks include greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. Qualifications Skills in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiries Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ethically Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical assistant or administrative training is a plus
