Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and managing the marketing team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating marketing campaigns, and reviewing sales performance data to adjust strategies as needed. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with company goals.

• Marketing expertise, including experience with market research, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance data
• Leadership and management skills, including managing teams and coordinating with other departments

• Deal with State Government, Municipal Corporations officials
• Ability to work on-site and ready to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
