Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales operations, conducting market research, and leading marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include developing promotional materials, coordinating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, and engaging with potential clients to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
• Experience with Market Research and Trend Analysis
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
