Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves managing a team, achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to ensure target achievement.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) and offline promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the production and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality in all marketing communications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
