Magna Industries Foundry Division, a part of Samarth Magna Group, is an IATF 16949:2016 certified company specializing in the production of medium to high volume machined castings in Cast Iron (CI), Ductile Iron (SGI), and Silicon Moly Ductile Iron (Simo). Our team is focused on rapid development, producing high-quality castings with accurate dimensions and smooth, intricate passages. We serve a variety of industries, including hydraulics, exhaust applications, power transmission, lifts and conveyors, and automotive components.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Kolhapur. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. They will also coordinate with the production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and participate in industry events to promote Magna Industries Foundry Division.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing, business development, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical specifications related to castings and machined components
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in market research and analysis, data-driven decision making
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the foundry or manufacturing industry is a plus
