Through tailored programs emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and adaptability, Lean Hyphen strives to make a positive impact in the education sector. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive at Lean Hyphen, your primary responsibilities will include: - Creating and managing a database of target schools. - Making outbound calls and setting appointments with high-profile educational institutions. - Presenting the company's products effectively and securing buy-in. - Travelling to schools as required, with travel expenses covered. - Seeking support from senior team members for complex demonstrations or negotiations. - Identifying and targeting potential schools within the assigned territory. - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. - Conducting meetings with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers. - Demonstrating the value and benefits of products/services tailored to each school's needs. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. - Proactively engaging potential clients and managing the sales process effectively. - Building a pipeline of qualified leads and converting them into long-term customers. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. - Timely reviewing work and collecting feedback from line managers and business heads. **Key Responsibilities:** - Must be located in commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India. - Demonstrating a strong desire to approach schools and engage with Key Decision Makers (KDMs). - Exhibiting enthusiasm in showcasing the value of products and services to KDMs. - Possessing excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to independently set up and manage appointments. - Maintaining a proactive, learning-focused attitude with a willingness to travel. - Seeking guidance from senior colleagues when necessary. - Holding a Bachelor's/MBA degree with 0-3 years of experience. - Previous experience as an Academic Counsellor is an added advantage. - Preferably having experience in B2B sales. - Strong understanding of school products/services needs and procurement processes is beneficial. - Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. - Experience in the education sector is desirable but not mandatory. **Additional Desirable Skills:** - Experience in life skills education or related fields. - Proficiency in working with diverse populations. - Knowledge of the Indian education system. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi.
