Position: Sales & Marketing Manager - Conferences & Exhibitions Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a talent for building strategic partnerships? We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of exhibition space, sponsorships, and delegate passes for our portfolio of prestigious events. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for exhibitions, sponsorships, and delegate registrations. Exhibition Space Sales: Actively identify and secure new exhibitors, and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued participation. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential sponsors, creating tailored sponsorship packages that align with their marketing objectives and deliver maximum value. Delegate Sales: Lead campaigns to attract and register a high volume of quality delegates, working closely with marketing to drive ticket sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure a seamless and successful event execution. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the conferences, exhibitions, or B2B events industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities and a client-focused mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
