Sales & Marketing Manager Experience Required: 3–5 Years We are seeking a self motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in selling automation solutions, products, or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored automation solutions to meet customer needs in sectors such as Chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage etc. Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sell Turnkey automation and range of automation products and solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance company presence. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms within company guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Instrumentation / E & C. 3–5 years of sales experience in the industrial automation industry. Strong technical knowledge of automation systems. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Preference - o Experience working with brands like Emerson, Honeywell, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc. o Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, or digital transformation in manufacturing. o Prior experience selling solutions to OEMs and end-users.·  What We Offer: Competitive base salary + commission/bonus.
