Job Description

Hygiene Plus Limited, an integrated manufacturing facility with state of art technology producing non-woven roll goods and personal hygiene products. We have multibeam (SSMMS) technology machine which has the capacity to manufacture wide range of Spunbond & Spunmelt fabric as per customer requirements. This fabric is used in pharamaceutical industry for manufacturing of Speciality Surgical Gowns, Surgical Pads, medical face masks etc. and also in personal care industry for manufacturing of Sanitary Pads & Baby Diapers. We are looking for a result driven and highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager for our Spunbond / Spunmelt Fabric having 8-10 years of experience in the same industry to drive marketing initiatives, establish a strong client relation, and generate high-quality leads through multiple channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Mapping in both Domestic as well as Export Markets.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the production and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Price negotiations & payments terms discussion with the customers.
  • Ensure collection of payments from customers.
  • Attending customer complaints, ensure quality product and high level of customer services.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars & business events for promotion of business.
  • To prepare Monthly and Annual Sales reports to management.
  • Good at Making and Delivering Presentations to the clients.


Qualifications

  • MBA (Sales & Marketing Specialization) or Background in Textile Engineering along with having 8-10 Years Work Experience in Spunbond / Spunmelt Sales
  • Proven experience in B2B business.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
