Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates.
• Lead and mentor sales/marketing team members (for Manager role).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales & marketing (executive/manager role preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office.
• Target-driven, with a strong problem-solving attitude.
