Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our efforts in promoting and selling Havells solar panels and inverters across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with EPC companies, large commercial & industrial clients, and other strategic partners to drive sales growth and establish our leadership in the solar market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy for Havells solar products in the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with EPC companies, industrial clients, consultants, and distributors. Identify and onboard potential channel partners and dealers. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategic planning. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. --- Skills and Qualifications: ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. ✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales. Experience with Havells or competing brands is a strong advantage. ✅ Proven track record in industrial & commercial solar rooftop sales or solar EPC sales. ✅ Strong network among EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial buyers. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. ✅ Good understanding of solar technology, net metering policies, and subsidy schemes. ✅ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ✅ Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required. ✅ Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
