Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Phoenix Residency, Shillong Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives) About Phoenix Residency Phoenix Residency is a young, dynamic hotel brand in Shillong, offering premium comfort and service. We are looking for an energetic professional to drive sales and build our market presence. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and drive room sales through travel agents, OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, GoIbibo, etc.), and corporate tie-ups. Develop and execute online sales strategies including social media, digital marketing, and influencer tie-ups. Build strong relationships with local and national travel agencies. Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas to boost occupancy. Represent Phoenix Residency as a dynamic, customer-first brand. Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality/Marketing preferred). 2–5 years of sales/marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries. Familiarity with OTAs, digital marketing, and lead generation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
