Role Description:

The Sales & Marketing Intern / Associate supports the execution of marketing initiatives and sales activities aimed at expanding brand visibility, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement. This role works directly with both the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts, assist with campaign planning, and prepare materials that support business development.

Key responsibilities include assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to help identify new opportunities. The Intern / Associate may support social media content creation, update marketing collateral, assist with email campaigns, and help monitor digital performance metrics. On the sales side, responsibilities may include managing CRM data, preparing proposals or client presentations, coordinating communication with leads, and supporting follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.

Additional tasks may involve organizing promotional events, contributing to brand messaging, tracking campaign results, and preparing internal reports that summarize performance insights. This role provides a well-rounded foundation for understanding both marketing strategy and sales operations, making it ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to support research, data collection, and performance tracking.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems or digital marketing tools is an advantage but not required.
