Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our business development, sales strategy, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Set and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the printing and packaging industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable goals.
• Proven experience in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong network within the printing and packaging industry.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strategic thinker.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Incentives/Bonus: Performance-based incentives may be offered.
