We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales & Marketing Head to lead business growth across
domestic and international markets. The incumbent will be responsible for revenue generation, customer acquisition, and global expansion, while also driving marketing, branding, and product positioning strategies to strengthen our presence in the specialty chemicals and life sciences industry.

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with all the equipment to ensure all the required tests as per the international pharmacopoeia standards are performed in-house. Every batch of raw material and finished products are quality checked before using for a manufacturing process or supplying to clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets.
- Drive domestic and international business growth, managing key accounts, distributors, and global channel partners.
- Explore new geographies and business opportunities across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Americas.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts with global customers and ensure long-term partnerships.
Marketing, Branding & Product Positioning
:
- Build and implement a robust marketing and branding strategy to enhance visibility in target
markets.
- Develop strong product positioning and differentiation strategies aligned with customer needs
and industry trends.
- Drive brand identity across all customer touchpoints?digital, trade shows, exhibitions, and
corporate communication.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine brand narrative and support new product
launches .
International Business & Market Expansion:
- Formulate and execute strategies for export markets including channel development,
distributor network management, and global alliances.
- Ensure compliance with international business practices, trade regulations, and certifications.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry forums, and customer meetings.
Leadership & Team Development :
- Lead, mentor, and energize the sales & marketing team to achieve stretch targets.
- Align team objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring synergy between sales and
marketing.
- Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs for domestic and international growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred ? Bachelor?s degree in Chemistry, MBA in Marketing
- 15?20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in specialty chemicals, life
sciences, or related industries.
- Experience in ethoxylation / speciality chemical
- Exposure to pharma and food industry
- Demonstrated success in international sales, branding, and product positioning.
- Experience in building brands, launching products, and establishing a strong market identity.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, export procedures, trade compliance, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and digital branding tools.
