Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drive Specialty Business across the Chennai market.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, consultants, and specialty clinics.
• Plan and execute market penetration strategies to increase test volume and revenue share.

2. Key Account & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), consultants, and hospital decision-makers.
• Ensure timely service delivery and support to all existing and new clients.
• Conduct regular review meetings with key customers to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the Specialty Business Executives and Sales Officers across Chennai.
• Guide the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Coordinate with laboratory operations, logistics, and quality teams for seamless service support.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic inputs for product positioning and promotional initiatives.
• Support the marketing team in executing local campaigns and CMEs.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and present periodic business reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical business practices, and statutory compliance.
