Sales & Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a Female Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic and confident to be a part of our team and play a pivotal role in our marketing and customer engagement activities. Your responsibilities will include performing tele-calling to generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups, explaining project details to potential clients, conducting site visits with clients to provide detailed walkthroughs of construction projects, coordinating with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintaining a database of potential and existing clients and updating CRM regularly, participating in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events as needed, preparing marketing reports, lead tracking sheets, and customer feedback summaries, and maintaining professional communication and representing the company with a courteous approach. As a Female Marketing Executive, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction/real estate industry. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language are essential, along with a confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude. You should be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings, have basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email handling), and hold a graduate degree in any stream (Marketing/Business background preferred). This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule will involve day shifts, fixed shifts, and weekend availability, with a performance bonus offered. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location will be in person.
