Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Health Insurance Sales Executive with strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly explain insurance products, build trust with potential clients, and convert leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their health insurance needs. Explain policy details, benefits, terms, and conditions in a clear and persuasive manner. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Convert inquiries into sales through excellent relationship-building and product knowledge. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance or sales (health insurance preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections. Target-driven with a customer-first attitude. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities for diverse client interaction. Familiarity with IRDA regulations and insurance processes. Previous experience with telephonic or field sales.
