Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Marketing Executive with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical understanding and client requirements, promoting our precast concrete products and services to builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and government bodies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, civil consultants, contractors, and developers. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to potential clients. Understand project requirements and recommend appropriate precast concrete solutions. Collaborate with the technical and production teams to align client requirements with product offerings. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Attend trade shows, expos, and industry networking events. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales leads. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and prepare regular sales reports. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, sales, or business development in the construction or precast concrete industry (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Strong understanding of construction practices and precast technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms Willingness to travel frequently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Andal Junction, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Andal Junction, West Bengal (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
