Sales & Marketing Executive / Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive

Results-driven Sales Executive active, Enthusiastic and willing to engage with customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, Marketing with communication skills & customer Centric attitude. The role of the Sales Executive is to meet and exceed the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base, new customers and ensures its strong presence in Metal, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas, Automobile, chemical Industries, Primarily in Eastern India.
• Present, promote, and Generate Leads for MRO Products/services using his skills and experience to the existing and prospective customers.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Regular Traveling to meet customers in eastern India will be part of the responsibility.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other related departments.
• Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports to be submitted
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through customer feedback.

# Candidate Profile

• Education - Graduate in Commerce/Science/ITI/Diploma or Higher.
• Minimum 1-5 years' work experience as a sales executive in the field of industrial products.
• Experience in industries like Metal, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas, Automobile Etc. Primarily in Eastern India.
• Knowledge of MS Office/Internet/Mail communication.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales & Marketing.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
