We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to proactively engage with customer prospects. You should possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and drive sustainable growth for the company. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process effectively to achieve growth, developing and executing a strategic business plan to expand the customer base in industries such as Metal, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas, Automobile, and Chemical in Eastern India. Generating leads for MRO products/services through presentations and promotions will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, cold calling and regular travel within Eastern India to meet customers are essential duties. Collaboration with team members and various departments, analyzing market potential, tracking sales, and providing reports on customer needs and competitive activities are integral parts of this position. Your ability to incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement will be crucial. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Commerce/Science or a relevant diploma, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales of industrial products. Experience in industries such as Metal, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas, and Automobile in Eastern India is highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, a strong motivation for achieving targets, excellent selling and negotiation skills, as well as effective time management and organizational abilities are required. Candidates with a good command of English, experience in social media marketing, and prior experience as a Team Lead will be considered advantageous for this role.,
