Job Description

# Job Summary:

Sales & Service Engineer

# Key Responsibilities:

Perform
diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Provide
technical support
and
after-sales service
to customers.
Conduct
site visits
for Demonstration, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with the Office team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and service practices in the industry.

# Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI in
Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics.
Candidates with other Education Background
with 2-3 Yrs Experience in Electrical service may also Apply.
2-3 years
of hands-on experience in hydraulic OR Crane OR electrical system repair.
Strong understanding of
electrical circuits, control panels, and hydraulic components
.
Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and manuals
.
Excellent
problem-solving
and
analytical skills
.
Good
verbal and written communication
skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.

Good English & Communication Skills
Experience in Repair of Hydraulic jacks and Crane repair.
