Job Description

Job Summary The Marketing and Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of market trends, and the ability to build relationships with customers and clients. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, field visits, networking, social media, etc.). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure post-sale support. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Visit clients or customers when needed to maintain relationships and close deals. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or exhibitions to represent the company. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (brochures, posters, social media posts, etc.). Support social media, email, and digital marketing activities. Collect and analyze customer feedback and campaign data to improve future strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings or events. Goal-oriented and self-motivated
