About Us: Cosmetiq Hospital is a leading centre for cosmetic surgery and skin procedures, known for our patient-centered care and professional excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our client base and ensure exceptional patient experiences. Role Overview: You will be responsible for converting qualified leads who reach us into patient consultations and procedures. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, persuasive in approach, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle clients who come in for physical and virtual consultations. Convert them into procedures and surgeries. Maintain follow-up with potential patients through calls, messages, and in-person communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies. Maintain accurate records of consultantions and conversions. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare sales, or service-based sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and patient-friendly. Basic computer and CRM handling skills. Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business background preferred). Work Schedule: Full-time | 9am - 5pm in office and rest of the hours responsibly from office mobile. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
