Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, and driving sales for our real estate projects. This role combines digital strategy, customer relationship management, and direct sales execution to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging content (posts, videos, ads, blogs) to promote projects and enhance brand presence. Manage SEO/SEM, website updates, and online listings on real estate portals. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization. Handle online reputation management, including reviews, social media responses, and engagement. Sales & Lead Conversion: Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and convert them into site visits and bookings. Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Present project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to potential clients. Coordinate and arrange property site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management until deal closure. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to align marketing efforts with project milestones. Assist in developing promotional strategies for festivals, events, and new project launches. Provide feedback from clients and market trends to help improve offerings and marketing campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or sales (real estate industry preferred). Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and sales inquiries simultaneously. Strong result orientation with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
