Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers. Handle accounts receivable and payable, vendor reconciliation, and client invoicing. Manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions. Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns within deadlines. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Monitor project expenses and provide cost tracking (especially in construction/real estate companies). Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents. Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules. Knowledge of project-wise accounting (preferred for real estate/construction). High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization. Handle online reputation management, including reviews, social media responses, and engagement. Sales & Lead Conversion: Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and convert them into site visits and bookings. Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Present project details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to potential clients. Coordinate and arrange property site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management until deal closure. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to align marketing efforts with project milestones.
