Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality hospital furniture products to dealers, distributors, other B2b companies in healthcare sector, healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new sales leads
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Schedule and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintaining company's social media page and ability to make campaign posters for the same
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure product performance and gather feedback.
Product Knowledge and Market Intelligence:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's full range of hospital furniture products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor products, and market trends.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.
Administrative and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using the company's CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical equipment, or furniture industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the sales cycle.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
