Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive marketing initiatives, generate ad sales, and build strong client relationships in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to promote the company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors. Drive advertising and marketing sales for real estate projects, construction materials, or related services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, and other stakeholders. Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and boost brand presence. Pitch advertising solutions and media platforms to real estate clients for project promotions. Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional strategies. Attend real estate expos, networking events, and industry meets to generate business leads. Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in sales/marketing/business development in real estate, construction, or ad/media sales. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented with good market understanding. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms (preferred).
