Company Profile HI-Q Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading food manufacturing company that produces and supplies premium, high-quality South Indian staples, including a variety of fresh Idli/Dosa batters, Vada batter, chapatis, and pooris. We are expanding rapidly and need motivated individuals to help us grow our customer base. Job Summary We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to focus on new client acquisition. Your primary role will be to drive sales by identifying and securing bulk and retail orders from various business clients. This role requires on-the-ground execution and a strong understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively hunt and acquire new bulk clients, including hotel chains, restaurants, industrial catering companies (like school/college messes and canteens), and hospital catering services. Retail Expansion: Onboard new retail points of sale, such as local grocery stores and regional supermarket chains, to increase the distribution of our 1 Kg retail packets. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, with a strong preference for the FMCG sector (selling food products, perishables, or related items). Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be willing to travel extensively within Chennai for client meetings and deliveries. Daily travel is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and local languages. Mindset: Highly motivated, self-starter, and focused on delivering results and generating revenue. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month. Commission Structure: A significant commission will be provided for every kilogram of batter or product sold. This provides an excellent opportunity to earn substantially more than the base salary based on performance. Allowance: Daily allowances will be provided to cover operational expenses.
