About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our innovative software startup. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring and retaining clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Management:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Marketing and Sales:
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Schedule and conduct product demos with potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
  • Track sales progress and forecast future revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
