Your job is to use creative video content to open doors, and then walk through them to close deals with architects, designers, and contractors. What You Will Do: Hunt & Close The Bait (Content Creation): Create high-impact Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll. You will visit sites locally to film our plywood in action—from raw workshops to high-end finished interiors. The Hunt (Digital Outreach): Actively prospect for B2B clients. You will spend time daily sliding into the DMs of local Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors on LinkedIn and Instagram to pitch our brand. The Close (Sales): Take ownership of the pipeline. You will convert digital hand-raisers into paying clients by explaining technical product specs and negotiating deals. Who You Are You are comfortable on camera (or behind it) and know how to edit fast-paced video content on your phone (CapCut/VN ninja). You are not afraid of rejection and have the hustle required for cold outreach. You are willing to get your hands dirty visiting job sites in Perinthalmanna to get the perfect shot.
