Female Staff Only Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting our art courses, handling student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, and learning paths Achieve enrollment targets and manage follow-ups Execute digital and on-ground marketing activities Support exhibitions, workshops, open houses, and events Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth admissions Maintain lead data and prepare sales & marketing reports. Who Should Apply: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Interest in art, education, or creative industries Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing Self-motivated and target-driven Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Qualifications Excellent Communication skills to engage with prospective students, clients, and partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment. Prior experience in sales or marketing roles, especially in the education or art sector, is a plus.
