We're seeking dynamic, communicative, and passionate individuals to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals who want to build a career in B2B SaaS sales while making a real impact in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Demonstrations & Client Engagement

  • Deliver live demonstrations of Edship’s school management ERP to principals, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct field visits to schools and colleges within the assigned region to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Present clear, persuasive product pitches covering AI-powered tools, GPS tracking, fee management, and automation workflows.
  • Manage Q&A discussions confidently and address objections with strong product knowledge.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through on-site visits, networking events, and educational seminars.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and in-person meetings to drive them through the sales cycle.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and support overall revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of demos, interactions, and opportunities.

Market Research & Relationship Building

  • Identify prospects across CBSE, State Board, and international schools.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with school leaders, trustees, and education consultants.
  • Collect market insights on competitors, pricing, and common school pain points.
  • Represent Edship at education expos, conferences, and networking events.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align field strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide on-ground feedback to help refine product features and marketing communication.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity updates and sales forecasts.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or any customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
  • Confident presentation and public-speaking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software and cloud-based solutions
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and driven by measurable results
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala and nearby regions (60–80% field work)
  • Ability to manage objections professionally and solve problems on the spot
  • Effective time-management skills for handling multiple meetings and demos
  • Open to a Monday–Saturday work schedule
  • Job locations include Kochi, Kottayam, Trivandrum, and surrounding districts

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA or relevant sales/marketing certifications
  • Internship or campus ambassador experience in sales or marketing
  • Familiarity with the EdTech or SaaS industry
