Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and business development activities within assigned regions.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and distributors.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, lead updates, and customer feedback to management.
• Coordinate with the logistics and accounts departments for order processing and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure proper product knowledge and presentation to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or designated reports.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in cement, tiles, paints, steel, or construction materials).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
