Job Description

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive in the building materials industry, your role will involve supporting sales and promotional efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, and contributing to marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sales and business development activities within assigned regions. - Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and distributors. - Maintain regular contact with existing clients and dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and pricing trends. - Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. - Prepare and submit sales reports, lead updates, and customer feedback to management. - Ensure proper product knowledge and presentation to customers. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or designated reports. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. - 02 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in cement, tiles, paints, steel, or construction materials). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to travel within assigned territory. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player. Salary Range: - 12,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience and location) + incentives Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Monthly sales achievement - Number of new clients added - Customer retention rate - Market coverage and brand visibility - Timely reporting and follow-up (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
