Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive – Environmental & Utility Systems Location: [Sambhaji Nagar] Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Marketing Salary: [As per Company Policy / Experience] Roles & Responsibilities: To generate quality leads and build long-term client relationships in the Industrial & Residential sectors for the company’s solutions including: Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects (ETP/STP/WTP/ZLD, Rain water Harvesting) Air Pollution Control Systems (Scrubbers, Dust Collectors) Valves, Hoses & Fittings ( For Pharma/Food & Beverage sector) Utility Pumping Systems (Boiler feed, Transfer, Drainage pumps, etc.) Lead Generation & Prospect Identification Identify opportunities in industrial estates, housing projects, commercial complexes, builders, consultants, and government departments. Reach out via site visits, cold calls, exhibitions, online campaigns, and personal connects. Target key decision-makers: Maintenance heads, Project managers, Purchase heads, Builders, Society Chairpersons. Client Meetings & Product Promotion Conduct presentations, demos, and technical discussions to promote products and solutions. Highlight benefits such as energy savings, pollution compliance, environmental impact, and long-term cost savings. Market Research & Competitor Tracking Keep track of upcoming projects, pollution control regulations, builder launches, and infrastructure expansions. Study and report competitor activities, pricing, and positioning. Relationship Management Build strong relationships with: Environmental consultants MEP contractors Facility managers OEMs and EPC players Required Skills & Experience: 2–6 years of experience in industrial/technical marketing of engineering products or environmental solutions. Must have active contacts in industrial, real estate, or municipal sectors. Good understanding (or ability to learn) technical aspects of water treatment, pumps, valves & Hoses, and pollution control systems. Excellent in communication, networking, and persuasion. Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools. Educational Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or related fields) MBA in Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Industry Background:  Water & wastewater treatment  Air pollution control equipment  Industrial equipment (valves, pumps, hoses)  EPC, infrastructure, HVAC or environmental services
